As part of our quality assurance processes, every year we invite our internal and external customers and stakeholders to complete a questionnaire on the service that we provide and our surroundings. Doing this enables us to conform to Regulation 17: Good Governance of The Health & Social Care Act 2008: "importance is given to seeking and acting on the opinions of people by obtaining feedback". But it is more important than that - we value feedback from people we work with in order to support our continuous improvement values.

Hi, my name is Alex, I like it here at Your Life Your Home. Also I'm very happy with the support I'm being given, I only joined on September 26th 2022. Its very good in the Conservatory its a very nice atmosphere in there, like no other care services provide.
I really like all the animals we have at Your Life Your Home, like the dogs, cats and pigs. I like helping look after them. I also like living with my friends and going out with the staff.
I like helping out in the Kitchen Garden with Jan.

My elderly father recently moved into King Edward House and I can honestly say that it has quickly turned out to be the best move we have ever made! There are care homes and then there are CARE homes, King Edward House definitely being the latter.
The care my father has received the last 10 days has been out of this world! He's gone from laying in bed being almost unresponsive to sitting up, talking and looking through a newspaper by himself which is an unreal transformation!
I am astonished by the dedication from Mary, the manager. Even before my father moved in she was engaged in setting everything up to cater for his needs and now that he is living there she's constantly looking at ways to make everyday life better for him.
King Edward House is above and beyond what we could ever wish for, and Mary and her competent team truly are miracle workers.
