So what exactly do we do here at Your Life Your Home?

We're registered as Domiciliary Care providers, which means we give Care and Support in an individual's home. This can be support with things such as:

​

• personal care

• household tasks

• appointments and getting about

• medication

• maintaining relationships with friends and family

 

It's not a service we provide to the outside community, we purely support those clients living with us in Our Flats and Accommodation at The Old Rectory or at 2 Gardner's Close.

​

As part of the wide range of opportunities we provide our clients, we offer holidays to our home in the south west of France - either on a 1:1 basis or with a group, dependent upon individual wishes and financial situation. Our strong belief in social values, ensures our clients are involved in the community in France, where they are warmly welcomed as old friends.
