Feedback

Our External Consultant from Opals Consultancy conducts staff observations, providing valuable feedback to staff. Annual individual Staff Appraisals are conducted by the Proprietor, when Staff can give and receive feedback in confidence, enabling identification of training needs, process amendments and other suggestions.
